Found it difficult to sleep . Reason one - the blinds let in the light all around the window . Reason 2. Even though I coujd not really hear music from wedding, it was whoever was in the room overhead, it was like they had hub nail boots on . Couldn’t fault anything else . It was amazing

From 1st contact at reception, to bar and excellent dinner at reasonable price to really nice room, to 1st class breakfast, and departure. There is a really good atmosphere in the hotel and pleasant efficiency. I really enjoyed my brief stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone working in Listowel,as I was ,or to anyone wishing for a longer stay. Joe Walsh

Friendly staff, and beautiful, spotless, airy room with high ceiling , overlooking the town. A very calm, relaxed atmosphere .

It was my first time in Listowel and I thought the hotel was amazing. As a Brazilian living in Majorca I had never stayed in a hotel with so much history, beautiful furniture and walls filled with 100’s of stories, art, poetry and amazing, friendly staff. It’s an experience for those interested in the local culture and people.

The staff was amazing, always proactive in assisting us during our stay. We arrived early due to the timing of our flight, and they rushed to prepare our rooms, letting us in way before check in time. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You felt like family, the desk knew me on a first name basis. Love the whole experience!

Internet not strong. Very difficult to connect and stay on line. {Room was not good, lobby only fair} . A suggestion: mount the soap container in the shower on the wall. Kinda annoying to keep reaching down for it.

From entering the hotel we were greeted by friendly helpful staff . The room was warm ,spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The dinner that evening was delicious with a plentiful tasty breakfast the next morning..We would definitely recommend to others and we will be staying again.
