Very friendly and efficient staff. Lovely comfortable bedroom with the river view. Excellent breakfast and Annie serving breakfast is really friendly and very efficient and helpful.

The attention & service from management & staff was second to none. The ambiance was old world charm making our stay warm & welcoming. We will return.

Hotel as fabulous , bed was super comfy. We were upgraded to a suite. Beautiful. Reception staff so lovely & very courteous. Food OMG Delicious. 10/10. We definitely will be back and will highly recommend this hotel.

Everything the food was so fresh tasty and service was quick . From check in at reception to late night coming back to the night porter. Very polite and kind. Beautiful hotels beds super comfy.

I was in the hotel because I was down for a funeral and it was walking distance from the Church

The staff were very helpful and polite, the room was very comfortable and warm, the breakfast was first class and the waiter that served breakfast was v.cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff, very friendly without being overbearing, girl on desk was charming. Room could have been slightly warmer, but fine once in bed which was very comfortable. Bar food was lovely, and staff were very helpful and welcoming. A lovely stay, we have business to conduct in the area so will definitely be back.

I loved everything. The staff are friendly and attentive,,the hotel in general is amazing, the food is on another level. If this hotel was in London it wiuld attract at least twice the price.
