What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
It was quite obvious that this was a happy working environment. When you have staff that have been at a job for many years & are happy in what they do,it is always reflected in the way they treat the customers. Customer service was second to none & made the stay extremely enjoyable.

The hotel was very charming . All the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. And the hotel has beautiful Christmas decorations.

It’s always great to stay with you. Everybody was lovely and I enjoyed my visit. Thanks to everyone for their help and kindness.

I was visiting family in the town, so the location was perfect. Centrally located, and I had a beautiful view of the island. Service is always exemplary.

As well as the cosy, high-standard accommodation, the obliging, friendly staff, and the excellent food: all-round top professionalism.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Too long visiting Listowel town and the Listowel Arms hotel not to have formed a great fondness for both. The hotel strikes me as a master all-round 'host', many Listowel Writers Week events being a case in point, and I reckon it is a key hub of the town. Having to leave was the only downside.
