I cannot say enough about the high standard of care at Listowel Arms. From the first point of contact to the very end I was treated like a queen. The front desk staff and especially Aysa were unbelievably welcoming and kind from beginning to end, going out of their way to help accomplish any request or requirement. The room was absolute gorgeous, roomy and elegant. My stay was everything I dreamed it would be. I cannot thank you enough for the high quality experience. It was a perfect TEN!

The way the staff remained friendly, cool, and helpful during an incredibly busy Writers Week. And your location is second to none. I hope I'll be asked back again!

Fantastic hotel! The location is perfect right in the heart of lovely listowel. Staff are superb- warm , friendly and really helpful from check in to check out. Food is delicious and great quality. Would highly recommend & will 100% be back!

The rooms were fabulous - loved how unique each one was. Loved the decor of the hotel, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Nice bar service and restaurant. Shout out to Sophia at the front desk for her exceptional service, and the breakfast staff (sorry, I don't remember her name, but the woman who brought my daughter room service and tea with a beautiful tea cup!) Clean rooms, felt pampered and loved the wardrobe. Great location. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Listowel.

The employees are always a pleasure to interact with at the Listowel Arms. The property is beautifully kept, beds are comfortable, towels are soft, the food is good, and the atmosphere manages simultaneously to be both lively and peaceful, . I couldn't ask for anything more!

The food was lovely and staff were so friendly, a special thank you to Diane who was first class, my kids adored you and your kindness towards us was so appreciated.

Nothing negative to report there was an issue with the taps but I solution was quickly offered as the staff were so efficient
