What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Lovely staff, very friendly without being overbearing, girl on desk was charming. Room could have been slightly warmer, but fine once in bed which was very comfortable. Bar food was lovely, and staff were very helpful and welcoming. A lovely stay, we have business to conduct in the area so will definitely be back.

I loved everything. The staff are friendly and attentive,,the hotel in general is amazing, the food is on another level. If this hotel was in London it wiuld attract at least twice the price.

The property is full of character and charm like stepping back in time. The staff are so friendly, great service and the food in the bar is good.

At times WiFi was hit and misshowever the weather was very bad may have affected it.

Lovely feel to this hotel, very helpful and polite staff, nice clean well fit out room, great breakfast.

Not a negative, just a comment- Would like a room only option (no breakfast) as I use hotel accommodation for work on weekly basis and often do not require breakfast as it is provided at my work site.

It was quite obvious that this was a happy working environment. When you have staff that have been at a job for many years & are happy in what they do,it is always reflected in the way they treat the customers. Customer service was second to none & made the stay extremely enjoyable.
