Beautiful hotel welcoming friendly staff great service from AnnMarie & lovely receptionist. Immaculately clean, quiet bedroom very well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities.

Only fault was lack of black out blinds on windows or black out lining on curtains as light flooded in from early morning.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Lovely comfortable bedroom with the river view. Excellent breakfast and Annie serving breakfast is really friendly and very efficient and helpful.

Hotel as fabulous , bed was super comfy. We were upgraded to a suite. Beautiful. Reception staff so lovely & very courteous. Food OMG Delicious. 10/10. We definitely will be back and will highly recommend this hotel.

Everything the food was so fresh tasty and service was quick . From check in at reception to late night coming back to the night porter. Very polite and kind. Beautiful hotels beds super comfy.
